Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging and included accessories must be returned.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns are not accepted for:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Digital products or gift cards
• Products showing signs of misuse or intentional damage

Refund Approval

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–8 business days.

Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is caused by our error.
